Shipping policy

Delivery and execution

 

All Products and Services are delivered to the address provided by you when ordering.

 

We aim to hand over all orders to the selected carrier within 5 working days. The DNA-sample kit will be shipped within 5 working days after payment is received by NOMIGE. The results of the DNA-test will be sent to you within 8 weeks after the reception of the DNA sample kit. For re-order of personalised products, the products will be sent to you within 1 week.

 

If we are not able to deliver on time, we will always notify you before the end of the shipping period. If we do not, you can cancel your order for free. In that case we will refund you within 30 days after dissolution of the agreement.

 

The shipment of goods and gift vouchers is always at our risk. So you do not have to worry about goods lost during transportation. However, when you send us the used DNA sample kit, this shipment will be at your own risk if you decide not to follow our instructions for return (which you can find in the instructions for use that will be send to you in the swab kit). In this case NOMIGE does not take any responsibility when it gets lost during transportation.

 

 

If the delivered goods were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the products mentioned on the delivery note or do not correspond to the goods you ordered, you have to report this as quickly as possible and in any case within 3 days. Subsequently, you have to send the goods back, unused and unopened, within 5 calendar days after delivery. NOMIGE is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  • The Customer provides an incorrect or outdated address;
  • The Customer does not immediately (24 hours) provide a corrected/new delivery address.
  • The Customer is not at home to receive the product. The courier will attempt 1 time to deliver the package, when nobody's at home to receive the product, then the customer will need to pick up the parcel in the nearest Parcel pick up shop.



When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the carrier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If In case of a delay or problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us at orders@teenroutineskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. The standard delivery after the package has been received by the carrier is 1-2 business days within Belgium, EU: 1- 4 business days. 

 

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the main office of Teen Routine Skincare: Coupure Links 67, 9000, Ghent. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2- 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are from 9:30- 17:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

 

    Benelux:

    • We offer FREE shipping from a minimum order of €155 incl. VAT.
    • For individual DNA and non-DNA products and reorders below €155 incl. VAT : We charge €6.50 per shipment.


      Rest of European Union:

      • DNA and non-DNA products and reorders: Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your region.


        International (Outside European Union):

        • DNA and non-DNA products and reorders: Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your region.


        Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination (international) country. Teen Routine Skincare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
