Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email orders@teenroutineskincare.com  within 48 hours of receiving it, including your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

We’ll arrange a replacement, or if the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
